The most valuable asset we have at HomePartners is our team of dedicated caregivers and support staff. Each person is committed to providing the highest level of care delivered with heartfelt compassion.
We carefully select each member of the HomePartners team based on experience, personality and competence. Since the relationship between client and caregiver is so important, we add a personal assessment to each hiring decision. Every member of the HomePartners team is someone we would entrust with care of our own family members. We regularly survey our clients and our caregivers to ensure that HomePartners delivers on our commitments to both. “It makes my day when I know that I have made a difference in another person’s life. My goals are to make the most of each visit, helping in whatever way I can, all while adding a little humor. I am known for going the “extra mile”. I love what I do and want each person to know that I am here because I do care and want to help them. I also appreciate the fact that what I think and feel about my work at HomePartners is valued. Any way I put it, I just love my job!!!”
